How do You define Success?
Most of us have a very narrow definition of success.
An outside-in approach (what others think is important in life)
versus an inside-out approach (what I really care about).
For most of us, what I want is a surprisingly difficult question to answer.
The Collins Dictionary describes Success as ‘the achievement of something that YOU have been trying to do’.
Success is an INSIDE job.
It simply means achieving
What YOU want.
If Success for you looks nothing like having a lot of money, a great position and high status, then that’s Success.
And if you really want a lot of money, a high position and great admiration, then that’s Success.
Yet if you get all of these and what you really wanted is a quiet and easy life in a cottage by the seaside, then that’s NOT Success.
Success without Fulfillment is not Success – it’s Failure!
Success is simply being able to say at the end of your Life:
I designed this Life.
I didn’t settle for it.
I didn’t sacrifice it.
