Unemployed but not actively looking for a job?
According to a CMIE study, 40 million white collar workers were unemployed in January 2021.
Of these, around 28 million are active on their job search.
Whereas, around 12 million are passive job seekers.
What could be the possible reasons for this trend?

– Inability to navigate the

– Job Search fatigue
– Lack of right connections
– Lack of motivation
– Not enough jobs meeting
