6.Prioritise Learning & Development
Take relevant on-line or part-time courses to stay employable. Join industry associations, attend events. Participate in training & certification courses.
7. Diversify your ‘transferable’ skills.
Digital skills – eg. coding, data analytics etc.
As well as People Skills eg. emotional intelligence, adaptability, communication, time management, problem solving, critical thinking (these will always be sought for)
