➡️ Then align your past achievements with future expectations to establish a good fit.

➡️Prompt ChatGPT can convert the job description into KPOs to showcase  specific results and deal with real world situations

➡️Ask questions that invite discussion on KPOs and team dynamics.

➡️For example for a marketing role you could ask whether running a social media campaign would be helpful.

➡️Then discuss  a successful campaign run by you.

➡️Prepare to ask questions about the role, the team dynamics and the expected challenges.

➡️This guides the interviewer to evaluating your fit.
