⏺Linkedin has provided me with targeted Networking opportunities

➡️Through strategic networking, I’ve guided around 350 individuals in getting meaningful jobs.

⏺My posts, mostly
targeted at job aspirants, have enabled me to help people craft their LinkedIn presence to increase their visibility.

➡️To narrate their career stories & amplify their unique strengths.

➡️ This personal branding has been a game-changer, setting the stage for impactful career transitions for my coachees.

⏺LinkedIn’s wealth of insights & industry updates, annual surveys have served as a compass for me in the ever-evolving job market.

➡️Utilizing these tools, I’ve equipped job seekers with job search strategies aligned to current trends.

➡️In particular, understanding the skills in demand each year & identifying emerging job sectors in different geographies,  has been a crucial asset in my career as job search coach.

➡️I’ve also directed some clients to targeted courses to achieve their career goals.

⏺In the last 2 years I’ve taught clients to navigate Job Searches using LinkedIn filters to uncover the vast hidden job market.

➡️Linkedin filters help both Career coaches and clients

⏺LinkedIn’s emphasis on

community engagement has enabled my clients to establish  their industry presence.

➡️Participating regularly in LinkedIn Live sessions organised by LinkedIn Executives, sharing insights,  joining over 20 relevant groups, is helping me to position myself as a thought leader in the fields of career growth & counselling.

➡️This had created visibility for me & attracted professional opportunities from MBA colleges, even a couple of CEOs.

⏺LinkedIn, for me as a career coach, is more than just a platform.

➡️The know-how of LinkedIn has become an integral part of my coaching toolkit.
